"The Interim Executive Committee of the PFAA created this document and provided it to CrossFit Inc September 24 2021. The PFAA wants to do its part to create consistency at events for all competing athletes. The hope was that this document provided some useful ideas to CrossFit Inc in a format similar to their current rulebook. "The PFAA's Interim Executive Committee collected data from 62 athletes who competed at the 2021 CrossFit Semi Finals to help competition organizers choose appropriate heights for their gymnastic rings and pull-up bars. Danielle Brandon shared that she completed squats for the first time with minimal pain. Not sure if this is a new injury but she disclosed she had an injured shoulder at the CrossFit Games in a recent edition of the CrossFit Games podcast. Squatting with no pain is always a good thing.

Manon Angonese, who finished 5th at the Last Chance Qualifier in July, won the German Throw Down Classic this past weekend. Angonese has just missed the CrossFit Games the last three years, and could be on track to make her rookie appearance in 2022.

CompTrain hinted that Sydney Michalyshen will be joining the team via their Instagram. Michalyshen, who is coming off of a 25th place finish at the CrossFit Games this year, visited CFNE for a few days of training last week, and CompTrain hinted that they are "hoping to have her out full time ".
